Fifth Race Inspired Speed Paint
I just tried to imagine what a sinister, onyx-and-lightning themed demon would look like. I decided against having eye sockets on her/it's face since that would denote it has a soul.
By speedpaint I mean this still took me a while, but it would take at least another hour or two to make it "concept art" grade.
Any artists out there have suggestions on how I can improve my work?

The frame in yellow and black is the fifth.

3 回覆So what do you mean by fifth race? is this destiny related or is this your own thing? I'm guessing that its a fifth race of enemies, ie: cabal, fallen, vex, space zombies, onyx-and-lightning themed demon... am I right?

1 回覆It's good, but not eerie enough. The concept art images look to be hunched over, with large, gaping orifices and tattered robes.
