I was not a huge fan of the mute function when it came out, I viewed it as a cheap solution to a fix that was better treated with a BAN. After some diligent muting I am quite astounded by the clear air in the forums, and I advise others who have not done so to start ASAP! Sure it still takes a while, but once you are done it's satisfying that the losers are gone. (ie. the people pushing for sexuality of various sorts in Destiny, har har!)
