Yes and have been since freshman year. I honestly would be a fat piece of shit if I didn't lift. Then again I play football. It's one of the best things I've ever done in the my life. I'm a lot stronger and the best part is, knowing you're stronger than someone else. It gives you this douche like confidence. And when someone is stronger than you, IMO it gives you the motivation to outlier that guy. I'm way happier with my life because of all te work I've put in.
