Sounded like kids being kids to me. It's tinfoil hat time, but what they've basically done is gone and labelled every undesirable trait in a child that would make them anything other than a compliant vegetable part of a disorder and now their parents can get them some medication to make them behave. So now any difficult kid has a disorder. That's a [i]lot[/i] of kids.
