There's no people fighting when drones are used. Yes, this may seem like a good way to minimize casualties, but in doing so, the fighting is turned into more of an extermination where people thousands of miles away are killing others with no chance to fight back. I understand what many terrorist organizations have done to us, but this seems just a bit inhumane to me.
It's not about giving them a chance to respond, it's about doing the honor of not killing them wholesale like dogs.
I hardly view drone strikes as "killing them wholesale like bombs." You drop a bomb on them from a plane. They're dead. You drop a bomb on them from a drone. They're dead. One's more efficient than the other, end of story.

But drones are far more personal, often targeting a single individual who many times has never done anything against the US but is merely "suspected" of plotting terrorist activities. Also, this individual targeting also results in greater amounts of civilian casualties within villages where the suspect resides.
