Not sure if Puerto Princesa has been confirmed as the location yet, but in the background of a few of the GDC presentation slides is the usual map, but this one has 'PUERTO PRINCESA' printed on the right. https://www.dropbox.com/s/89inp4v23szbpqb/GDC%20screen%20-%20puerto%20princesa.png There are also a few other names I can't quite make out except for 'Thumb Peak' at the very top left. A quick google maps search shows there's a Thumb Peak just outside of Puerto Princesa in about the right spot... Seems a bit too specific to just be a coincidence.
