Hey there, how long ago did you change it? If it was a pretty long time ago, are you 100% sure you don't have a name change? When you go to Settings, Identity Settings, are you allowed to edit the name in the box? If so, you do have name changes available. Or is it uneditable, and says 'No Name Changes Available' below in red? Unfortunately new name changes are not given out on request.
