Halo Was Successful Because We Were POWERFUL

Stop locking rewards behind absorb difficulty levels. Shooting tanky enemies that take 5 minutes to kill is not fun. Being 1-shot by red-bars is not fun. Revive tokens are not fun. We are the GUARDIAN. Make us OP. Give us good loot.
