Also allow all gear to be earnable on either PvE or PvP track. Why do I have to play trials to get unwavering duty as a PvE only player? Obviously give the same functionality to those who only want to play PvP. Just gaining power from both tracks isn't enough, it's a looter shooter, players mostly care about gear, power is just a hurdle to get higher tiers.
