But now that you mention it, maybe instantaneous may not be such a bad idea since we already have enough to deal with juggling around trying to stay alive in end game content. How would instantaneous reloads and ability gen detract from that? You’re still going to be getting your ash kicked, but at least you can keep moving and give yourself a fighting chance. And if you think about it, only Warlocks and Titans are hindered by slow ability animation. Hunter dodge is almost instantaneous already.

Where did [i]I say[/i] that you did? I still disagree that they should be instantaneous. There should be some aspect of knowing just when to cast an ability or the right opportunity to reload. Admittedly, the latter isn't something I often fret over because I almost compulsively reload at any opening and while I've occasionally been ridiculed for it, I typically try for weapon rolls with Reload Masterwork. Another thing to consider as far as reloading goes is that different types of weapons shouldn't all reload at the same speed. It's ridiculous to consider both a side arm and an LFG reloading at the same rate, instantly or otherwise.

It’s a space fantasy game. It’s equally ridiculous to think that ALL enemies have the exact same stomp mechanic whether a floating hydra that doesn’t even touch the ground, or a Fallen Boss. Equally ridiculous to think all enemies have absolute perfect sniper aim, can shoot at us even while not looking at or facing us, can throw perfect grenades (and the list goes on). NONE of this is realistic, so don’t give me that “it’s unrealistic….. blah, blah, blah” nonsense. I’m just talking about the pace of the game. The animations are too slow and you haven’t given a valid reason why they shouldn’t speed up other than that’s your opinion (which is absolutely fine). No need for us to argue about it. We can just agree to disagree.

Fine, it's a space fantasy game; why have to reload at all? Why not just make our abilities not only instantaneous but limitless with zero cooldown as well? There's no reason to stop there, either. Why aren't we simply invincible?

If the reload speed was already a decent speed, that wouldn’t be necessary. Bungie created 10 extra steps to loading a machine gun just so they could have something different to make you chase after. Like selling a DLC and stripping away the Dungeon pass the selling it back to you separately. But most people are too stupid to realize when they’re being screwed over and just rationalize it to the point where they’re actually defending it. Nuff said.

The difference between me and you is that if I thought my opinion was “almighty” (which I guess is what you are trying to suggest), I wouldn’t have said we can have a difference of opinion and agree to disagree. YOU were the only trying so hard to push your opinion as though it were fact that you needed me to agree with. I said from the get go that you are welcome to your opinion and that we should move on, but I guess intelligence is not exactly your strength. We’re done. Go get your attention from someone else. Yeah it seems so. Starting to think these are just trolls working for Bungie and are impersonating customers only to defend any and every decision they make. These can’t be real customers. Otherwise why the obsessive need to argue? I really don’t mind people disagreeing and having a conversation, but they just immediately go on attack mode as soon as you say something you don’t like or would like changed in the game. It’s just crazy to me. So we just have love everything in the game as is and never have an opinion about it?! Like what is wrong with these people?!

It amounts to…. “Me big angry”! OK but why are you so angry? I simply suggested that maybe something could be tweaked a bit to give us a little fairer advantage so that we don’t feel constantly browbeaten (especially since the game already gives itself so many advantages it often feels like it has a cheat code). I’ve literally watched bullets seeming come out of an enemy’s back while facing away from me or other Guardians. “You said nasty word”! Oh yeah, what was that?! “Change. Me no never want to hear that word. It makes my brain hurt”.
