Hello there,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble ranking up in your Guardian Ranks. While we have taken note of this and will monitor any underlying issues that may be occurring, in the meantime, is it possible to get the Third Iteration by going to the Destiny Companion application and tapping on Reward Pass > tap on Ash and Iron > Change to Reclamation?

Hello again, Thank you very much for your response. It should be a drop-down in Reward Pass that shows both Ash & Iron and Reclamation when tapped on. If this does indeed remain unavailable and it only shows Ash & Iron in the drop-down, can you provide us with a screenshot of the Guardian Rank challenge in question?

Do you actually own the Reclamation reward pass (not Ash & Iron)? if not its likely being hidden due to that. If you own Edge of Fate, you should check the Monument to Lost Light kiosk in the Tower as the exotic is listed there - not guaranteed to let you buy it but was able to pick it up on an alt account that didn't own the pass. One thing to watch for is that it will prompt you to buy the Year of Prophecy if you don't own Edge of Fate.

I am completely F2P..I guess that's one of the reasons. I've already checked at the Tower but it compels me to buy a special edition to access the weapon. I just wanted to check with Bungie if it was possible for a 100% F2P player to access higher ranks (implying accessing the last seasonal exotic weapon).
