We understand you encountered a soft lock in Master Conquest: Conduit. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact this had. For our investigation, could you kindly let us know whether you have encountered this issue on more than one occasion? In addition, does adjusting which modifiers are in use appear to impact the issue? Please let us know, and we'll review.

Hi, I’ve only been able to get that far into the mission today and both times I’ve encountered this issue. I had a look on Reddit first before coming here and other users have reported the same issue, some saying it resolved itself after 4 attempts and one saying it took them 12 but obviously their circumstances may be different. For the modifiers I’m unable to change them as they are locked but I’ve attached a picture so you can see which are active.
