I honestly believe Bungie protects their cheaters, because I know for a fact that report system is fake. Report a player and 3 weeks later same cheater flying through walls and infinite Gali you.

Way too many SUS players… - guns that fire at unbelievable fire rates (rpm) - never miss 1x or 2x hits - shoot through structures / rocks - able to pre-fire with unholy timing / aim - unbelievable gymnastic movement / aim - often, they’re not running solo - x-Ray vision always ‘on’ - unbelievable accuracy - incredible movement speed / bursts - appear to have inter-dimensional powers - etc… Whereas, my guns… - fire popcorn / party streamers - sometimes, have zero effect - only fire at the proper rate 140 600 720… - seem to miss even though I (often) don’t - etc… Furthermore, I can’t see them for most of the match due to flashes and explosions, ie, until they materialise their inter-dimensional selves right behind / in front or slamming down on top of me…invisibility is the way, it seems?! And, no, I’m not referring to Hunters…although they are a legit invisible pain, too! 😉 I put a lot down to P2P / wheezing game engine / spaghetti code / uninvested NFI Devs or programmers / lack of QA testing / Suits and Analysts vs. Actual Gamers making decisions / etc… / Sinking Ship issues…etc… Yeah, maybe some, maybe a lot - but not all. 🧐 That is all. Of course who’s working in pvp ? It’s a dead -blam!- part of d2 like gambit . So many are taking advantage now . Would love to know how many are taking advantage ans cheating

Which abilities? I've not played Hardware that much? Do Stasis and Strand effects still proc from weapons?

I report many but tbh majority I believe are due to network issues. Real cheaters are present even on console but are the minority. Imho. Majority of players beating me are simply plain better. Which in most cases can easily be proven by just looking up their titles and player statistics. I don't like them, I want to kill them, unfortunately in most cases I am failing. 😉😂 And I reckon Bungie would check the best of the best from time to time. Having said that low player numbers translate into higher likelihood of the PvP gods showing up in Playlists with mortals.

I agree there are cheats but some are build activations... Even in arms hardware mode I can create threadlings, poison, slow, or blind folks with explosions. And no cheats there... It's just my build.
