I figured out i needed to complete Init Cal on the original character actually complete that quest. But NOW the other characters STILL can't get it. Apparently, whatever character you start Ada's BS with is what you have to run ALL of it with. That is just plain FUBAR. Unless it's a glitch they're working on. Bungie is notorious for saying nothing until they fixed something.
