We understand the Iron Banner reward multiplier doesn't seem to be registering all your Iron Banner ornaments. This does sound strange to us. If you're still experiencing this, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip of what's happening.
If you record a clip, you can upload it to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and share a link to it here. We'll then investigate this.

Dude - you broke it when you turned off the featured gear ornaments adding a bonus modifier when equipped on other featured gear. This ain't a player issue - this is Bungie having to shut down anything that might actually benefit the player.

I guess you should have QC'd the content prior to distributing the update. Maybe fire the people that aren't doing their job at QC properly and get some competent people. Then you wouldn't be surprised that the game doesn't work properly.
