Wouldnt be tied to chest. Would probably be a helmet. Like the titan helmet from season of defiance.

Sounds like a cool idea, but that expansion was pre-made and completed way back. Whatever we get is whatever we get unfortunately. But maybe we'll get a hooded Jedi. It seems likely.
