Genuine question. How can you say you're listening but do the exact opposite of what everyone wants?
You may have ears but you are in fact not listening. You're doing what your money grabbing greedy little mits always do. Demand more and give less.
More time investment for less reward.
More money for less content.
More trust for less delivery.
If bungie was a person, I wouldn't want to be friends.

To do that requires a balance of dollar-saving tactics, while appeasing the consumers enough to keep them invested in the product. They ARE listening, and I refuse to believe what they do stems from incompetence. I think every decision they make, they do so very intentionally. Whether that has / will be successful is another matter, but I personally feel Bungie has tapped into the addictive mentality of modern media consumers quite artfully. It doesn’t matter if the users are unhappy, as long as they remain users 🙂

It’s simply arrogance, where it comes from these days I have no clue. They’re losing players daily, they’re about to be absurd by Sony, they’ve been caught stealing art numerous times now and their new game is about to crash like Concord. They should be kissing the asses of the ppl that are still supporting them, instead they act like they’re too big to fail. I used to defend Bungie, now I’m eating popcorn with a smile while I watch them burn it to the ground.

Forget what even we want.. they literally told us last week they wanted the grind for power to be better and faster.. and arn't even doing what they said would be done. Who still has faith that bungie will ever have Destiny reach is potential because at this point.. I just don't think they can. Too many have left, don't have any trust in bungie to come back and new players are being warned by their friends not to get into the game.. What is Bungie going to say to try to put salve on this utter mess.

How do you ask someone to change when they think there's no problem? Bungie is like that heroin addicted family member that just won't listen. Besides. Destiny money goes to fund marathon. Want to make a statement? Write a physical letter with certified mail to bungie HQ. Articulate your complaints and ideas for improvement in a calm, concise rational way. Offer heartfelt, strong and well deserved criticism. Thats how it was done in the old days and it still gets responses. Who knows? You might even get a letter back! The warframe developers even sent me merch and reply 10 Years ago like that.

1 回覆They dont care. They want daily sign ins. Sony wants engagement so they took the hamster wheel and turned it to 11. The only thing that will bring change is player numbers absolutely tanking worse than ever before.

Yeah they do listen but I am sure they have a sign up on their wall, How do we p*** off our Guardians today? So often we tell them things they do it differently, or we say this is how to best do the grind so they change it so it is harder still. Their mission in life seems to be is making our life hell. It is like they live for the anger of the community, they can put one foot forward with us then do something so we go five feet back. There is so much feedback from us out there yet they still do the oppisite as to want we want.

1 回覆What are you talking about? Bungie just came out with a statement regarding the feedback around the TWID. Now we won't have to return to the Tower to decrypt Prime Engrams! That's totally what everyone was upset over! Nothing else. Can't think of anything else that would upset people from that TWID.

That's just a phrase they use to make it sound like they care. I mean I have zero clue as to why they don't, it's one of a companies main objectives is to find out what their customers like and provide that product. Bungo just pumps out what they want and if you don't like it well...that's too bad. Unless it's enough of an uproar online to make them do some minor adjustments. But you can see things going bad a mile away when it shows up and it's mind boggling how they thought it would be a good idea in the first place. Utter baffling company.

6 回覆Technically they did listen Bungie never promised "we’ll always do exactly what players want" they only ever say things like "we’re listening to feedback" or "we’ve heard the community"

Why wasn't eof free after they removed content we paid for? Especially considering they only added a half assed new location which looks like io in red mixed with the titan patrol location. Totally lazy, and uninspiring. It's all robbery, and they should be investigated by police for it. We paid for the content they removed, and all I got was 459 unstable cores, of which isn't even enough to upgrade 1 piece of my armour. Actually it might be, but only just.

Like the game of thrones showrunners, they knew what thier fans waited 8 years to see And gave them the exact opposite, only for the sake of looking clever by subverting expectations, especially the expectation of a satisfying conclusion Enough, I could and have been talking for years about that, I will never get over it or have any closure untill HBO gets desperate and remakes season 8, like the petition signed by millions asked them to Anyway, back to Destiny, Bungie Logic=Doing the thing that makes the least sense possible
