49 runs of solo ops for 1 pinnacle
It just took me 49 runs of solo ops for 1 pinnacle to drop.
I have all slots at 450 except my heavy slot. If I don't get lucky and Zavalla has a heavy weapon as a weekly reward soon, it might take me hundreds or even over 1000 runs just to get that last 450 to drop in the correct slot.
I seriously can not find the right words to express how ridiculous this new system is.
No matter how the rewards get tweaked between solo ops, fireteam ops and pinnacle ops, this is by FAR the most BORING progression system conceivable.
It just BOGGLES the mind how this was green-lit and implemented at all.

1 回覆Problem is you sunk an ungodly amount of playtime in to achieve it. You might hate it but Bungies metrics will mark it as a success. Worked as intended.

2 回覆l think it's time gated 1 maybe 2 a day . that's what l been seeing anyway . also found out it don't matter how hard l make it ,same happens. noticed pvp drops better in the slot you need. what's bad is bungie knows this stuff and allows it. if l worked for bungie l would sure get my resume out there.

5 回覆I’ve never seen a pinnacle and I’m now349. I’m thinking I can’t go on like this any more. I do a sieve, 20 mins later we fail ( again) the final gig and I end up with crap loot below my level… WHAaaaT T f. I go on a mythic team mission, get one item which invariably matches my highest ranked! ( my toon loves arms , can’t get enough it appears!!). Although I’ve paid up I’ll not grind like this next instalment that’s for sure.

I can't help but think that's actually nonsensical. On BungLe's part, for sure. But on yours as well. If more players had stopped spinning the hamster wheel for BungLe's amusement a long, long time ago, the game wouldn't be where it's at now. Everyone who complained but kept throwing money at BungLe and spending hours and hours mindlessly grinding the same stuff over and over actually caused what they complained about.

4 回覆Dunno why you're torturing yourself with this grind when it's gonna get moved to the 500+ power in a couple weeks. Everything under 500 will be regular easy grinding then.

Why are you torturing yourself ? After Ash&Iron, you can get to 500 with the same ease you got to 400 You are wasting your time, all your hours of endless grinding will be meaningless, everyone will be 500 within a couple days

8 回覆They literally just told us they didn't expect anyone to be 450 before Ash & Iron. Yall are absolutely insane. Just wait 2 weeks and your life will be so much easier. Yall are ridiculous.
