Don't forget that Warlocks have Lightning Surge! Or there's also, uh... you could do Lightning Surge and Mateodoxia. There's also... um.... ...all the cards just say "Lightning Surge" on them.
(This is mostly a joke, but only mostly.)

But the point is, the player wants to play his warlock the way he wants to play it. Instead with these modifiers, Bungie is essentially telling him that he can’t play his warlock the way he wants to. That modife(grenade to grapple) is just so bad….
