No outbreak prime quest
I remember doing parts of the quest before, but I never fully completed it. Now I want to finish it so I can unlock the craftable perks. However, I don’t have the quest anymore. I already completed the legendary mission with the puzzles, but I didn’t receive anything. When I go to the Enclave to craft Outbreak, it still says that I haven’t completed the quest.
What can I do?

You did the switches for the Outbreak Refined quests, you haven't done the Vault Puzzles Video guide for the console locations and vault puzzle solutions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvNhAnbvVtQ You can do all 3 puzzles in a single run, the shows the 3 consoles locations used to unlock the vault areas and then the 3 solutions for them. The text for completing the sequences correctly is bugged, but you'll know if you did a console set correctly because you cant interact with the console anymore, so you just move on to console.
