Been noticing this happen periodically over the last week or so on PC, but the seasonal artifact keeps resetting itself back down to 0. Sometimes it's mid-activity or in a social zone right after I've re-applied some artifact mods (anti-barrier pulse rifle, overload autorifle etc), which is super annoying because bare-minimum I kind of need my initial mods to stay active to deal with champions. Hope this gets looked into, let alone acknowledged soon.
