I truly hope not. I understand it was my mistake, but given it's a "quest" item, I'd think I could grab it again? Especially given how difficult it's going to be to get 350 light to get the chance to obtain one again..

Per reports… Fabled has a “chance”. Tier 3 and tier 4. Obviously a lower chance, but possible. Mythic pushes the chances up… But mythic is rough if you are not above 200. 250/270 will be the sweet spot to farm it. I wish ya luck… Those things are frustrating… But with the focusing implementation, it is not nearly as bad.
