Hi there,
We're aware of an issue where "Commencement" is marked as completed on Legendary even if it hasn't been, and the Triumph will still be obtained.
Could you try completing that mission again on Legendary? This may unlock the Exotic to claim at the Altar of Relativity.

It seems you completed "The Invitation" on a different character. This doesn't have a node, but you should be able to run it through the Fireteam Finder. Players will need to clear all missions on Legendary under the same character to obtain the Exotic reward.
