I just unlocked the Dyadic Perfection quest, which states I need to collect fragments within the strike, but the "Launch" button is grayed out with the text "You are unable to launch the selected quest at this time" below it. I'm looking at The Last City map and the strike isn't showing up as an activity I can launch (I see The Nether, Nether Explore, Derealize, and the Court of Blades). There's no node for this specific strike in the Vanguard Ops playlist either. If it's relevant, in the story I'm on Act 2 step 1. How do I progress??
