If you incurred a restriction as you said, the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction?_ga=2.188461352.1899742874.1733155105-1420294048.1731346808]Contact Form[/url]. If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.

  • Hi, Thanks for your response. Just to clarify my situation: I was banned about 3 months ago, and since then I’ve upgraded my internet. I now have fiber at home, and my PS5 runs at over 900 Mbps with a stable, reliable connection. However, I was banned again this past Sunday, which is really frustrating especially since I’ve done everything I could to improve my setup and ensure fair gameplay. I genuinely feel this new ban is a mistake, possibly caused by false spam reports. I’ve already submitted the Ban Appeal Contact Form, and I was told the duration of the ban won’t be changed. I understand the process, but I still wanted to share this context because it’s discouraging to be punished again despite fixing the issues on my side. Thanks again for taking the time to read this.
