“Unstable” connection suspension

@BungieHelp Ticket 393130: 8mo unfair ban! 0% packet loss (0/147 upload, 0/147 download), 885Mbps down, 92Mbps up, 15ms latency, NAT Type 2, hardwired Cat 5e from hub to PS5. I play PvP fine on my brothers another account,Exact same setup! When I request human review I get Ignored and get the same generic replies!? All the evidence is sent with each appeal and it’s NOT looked into just a repeated generic email response. !? Has anyone else had this issue ?? Again I’ve played on my bros account on the same set up for 6mths no warnings no suspensions?? Also suspensions happen ONLY after private matches !??

Posting in the forums cannot assist you beyond linking you to the appeal and speculation. However, there is a process in place for players to appeal their ban or restriction. If you have already done so then you have done all that you can. Keep in mind appeals are not guaranteed a response. The appeal is a request for a 2nd look to verify the restriction was properly placed. Bungie will typically only respond if more information is needed or if the appeal results in a modification of the restriction. [b]The form is for appeals only, they do not answer questions as to why or how long.[/b] [spoiler] Requests for additional information, such as the length or reason of a restriction will be disregarded.
