I agree something needs to be done for Collective Obligation. Should have been done back during WQ release just IMO. I've played a decent amount with it this season to see how viable it was with void builds on Warlock, specifically Nezarec's Sin build and its still not as viable as Graviton Lance. Again in my opinion something that has a focus on Leeching and void abilities/buffs/debuffs should be more effective for a build with that in mind.

The issue is how easy it already is to spread around Void Debuffs. Collective excels with Prismatic in my experience as it’s harder to sustain certain Void Debuffs and with prismatic, you’ll be getting so much light energy from Collective, that you can have a darkness ability focused build.
