they are reworking power and the bonus power system since it looks like we are getting the old leak of the +100 so maybe they will bring back the overleveling for some base level activity

Given their record, I doubt it. Power reset means nothing if we can't overlevel, and with the new weapon stat that increases damage against minors/ majors and once over 100, players in pvp and a few others I can't remember (while they're also doing away with the resilience stat and mobility, heavily implying slower movement and/ or lower durability in pvp). What I'm fully expecting is that being at the power cap with 200 in the weapon stat will just make us as strong as we are now in endgame content after surges and such.

the new stats system will make us a lot stronger than now for pve ( for the info we have now), they will 100% remove dmg bonus inside pvpfor the weapon stat, mobility was a useless stat outside dodge cd thank god they removed it, thank god they are removing resilience inside pvp for the new hp pool they will probably use tier 5/6. The only point i can see people will get worried about is the fact we don't know if we will lose the 30% dmg res inside pve or not outside that most players can't wait to see all the new builds that will be usable thanks to the dmg buffs for melee granades and supers

Given their history, I have no reason to believe these new stats will make the game easier, but just close the gap. As for the other stats? Unless they're buffing our durability accordingly, they're turning resilience into an armor mod for increased resistance/ shields and HP. The removal of it heavily implies we're going to be less durable than we are now. As for mobility? The removal of this implies either everyone will be moving faster or slower than they would otherwise have reason to be. If, like resilience, it's getting turned into armor mods, will cripple builds for survivability. And of course, unless it's specified to have special conditions like the enemy being in their super, the weapon stat will break pvp. Either we're nerfed and weapons are killing faster or with fewer crits to body shots ratios, or we're all getting buffed while this stat just accomplishes the same effect, all while our speed is changed across the board. And then comes the headache of trying to balance weapons when players are actively changing their damage, and by extension, their effective range. I don't want hand cannons for example nerfed because players are focusing a lot of their stat points into buffing their weapons and artificially buffing their range or killing in 2 crits 1 body, or for snipers to get nerfed because slower targets = easier hits. "We're opening Pandora's box for nothing more than s**** and giggles."

i don't think they will use the enhanced option of the stats inside pvp, and again mobility is useless (every player in the game knows this) since it doesn't make players run faster, most of the hunters are happy that they don't have to spec on a useless stat for the dodge cd, now all 3 classes need to focus the stat for the class ability.

I never said it made players run faster, I'm fully aware mobility only buffs base movement speed, which also translates to strafing, and with there being no resilience stat, implying we're weaker (or stronger than we would otherwise have reason to be, but doubtful if the health stat bonus over 100 is anything to go by) on top of doing more damage. This isn't pessimism, it's years of pattern recognition combined with reasonable expectations thanks to what they DIDN'T say.
