New account linking after March 25th?
The main Xbox account I used for Bungie/D2 is my mom’s Microsoft account and that account was given to my little brother so I could create and use my own. The last time I used that account for myself was in middle school. Is there any email I’d be able to contact to possibly request a different account to be linked? I know that account is the core of my cross save but I don’t play D2 after Final Shape dropped and I don’t mind keeping it there now that I have my own stuff, and with Marathon coming up I want to make sure I can use my personal Xbox account along with my personal bungie account.

As of March 25th's [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url], which ishikusui mentioned, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be removed from Bungie profiles; all other accounts will remain linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Xbox account in question will remain linked.
