Dyad intrinsic unlock issue? Can’t reshape?
I’ve completed the quest, collected all 18 fragments but I still can’t reshape the weapon beyond the starter traits. They all say needs intrinsic unlocked. But I have the triumph saying I unlocked them all.. what am I doing wrong to not be able to reshape this weapon with perks I thought I had unlocked?
