Epic account cannot unbind cross platform settings due to cancellation
The cause of the incident is that I cancelled my Epic account in March 2024, and now I want to unbind that Epic account, but I find that I cannot unbind it! Now I have a new Epic account and I want to bind it to cross platform save. But no matter what, they can't untie me. I tried to appeal to customer service, but couldn't find an effective solution.

Unfortunately if you cannot authenticate an account then you cannot deactivate cross-save and unlink it. If Epic cannot help recover the account then your setup is permanently stuck as-is, Bungie won't forcibly unlink it for you.
