https://youtu.be/wt44p1s6qU4 Here is the link of what the room looked like after clearing the 1st encounter with one other Guardian, who said they were only on Step 4 of "Rogue Network." No numbered panels appeared, and no collectible is available on the desk.

Good thing @Phoenix Audubon solved the problem. Unfortunately, I don't have any friends left in the early stages of the quest who could help me do the same (there are those who have passed or are also stuck). The problem is still relevant.

I did want to update that, when running "Vesper's Host" with a teammate who, if I recall correctly, had not completed the dungeon entirely (I can't remember if it was the 2nd or last encounter that he hadn't cleared), once we cleared the 1st encounter, I went into the Heart Room, and it finally showed the number pads across the room. I entered the right code, and finally obtained the missing collectible. I had already obtained the later collectibles, so a couple of talks with Spider allowed me to finally complete the quest.
