Using Tessellation’s exotic trait, consuming the grenade into the gun, and then swapping away from Tessellation results in the gun losing all of its loaded ammo, being unable to fire, and not being able to reload from that state. Swapping the weapon to another weapon and back to Tessellation seems to remedy this.
