I can't get the quest on my character, tried everything. Looked up the walkthroughs and I don't get that quest, can't get it from the kiosk either. I created an entirely new character that was able to get it. I think the issue is that I am a returning player from around 2018 I think so I got the gun long ago but never did the quest for the catalyst.
