Not getting Outbreak Perfected catalyst after completing Zero Hour on expert dificulty

SYSTEM INFO:

ISSUE: Did not get the catalyst for Outbreak Perfected after finishing Zero Hour on expert dificulty
REPRO STEPS: Yesterday i just completed last Quest Outbreak Refined III, then i proceed to boss in Expert Zero Hour and oppened chest. But i got only quest completion (Outbreak Refined III) and no catalyst drop. I Got all required Triumphs (Legend Zero Hour and Upgrades of Contagion). When i try to craft or reshape Outbreak Perfected, Dissease Vector has red border and text "Requires Purchase". Now i cant see any Quests for Outbreak Refined not even in my Kiost. Also no quest from Ada-1

Same with my fireteam. Everyone finished the Quest, opened the chest and the catalyst is missing for all. Besides, none of the "Outbreak Refined" steps changed. This quest is totally -blam!- up! And from I can see, this is happening for more than a year! And the company ask to play this crap again recording the issue. That is totally disrespectful! You have a better conditions to test this faster without treat your clients like foolish. For the price you charge us we expect better. So, do better!

I just completed this disgrace, in legend mode. All the catalyst quests in steps 3 of 4, at the end of the mission I opened the chest, got all the rewards and this disgrace of the game did not account for my completion. I throw everything bugged -blam!- I still have to hear that woman's -blam!- speech every time I go into orbit

6 回覆Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Were you able to personally reach the final boss room and open the chest that spawns afterwards? If you weren't in the final boss room when the chest was opened, it's possible that the Catalyst wasn't rewarded. If you did, could you please try again and capture a video of the issue, upload it to YouTube, then send us the link? We'll be glad to pass it along to the developers for investigation.
