Mic not working on Fire team chat
So I haven't done any dungeons or raids for a while, but I tried to get back into it today. When I did, however, I found that my microphone picks up nothing but occasional static.
At first, I assumed it was a problem with my headset. I left the Fire team I was in, and I started trying to figure out what was wrong. As soon as I left, though, my mic was picking up fine, crisp and clear.
So I tried getting another Fire Team. Once I was in one, my mic was completely silent again. Didn't pick up anything.
Has anybody encountered this before?

Hello there, Thanks for reporting. We launched a mandatory "date of birth" screen in Destiny 2. This is a one-time ask. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat.
