Is there a place where one can report cheaters?
Is there a place where you can actually report cheaters you encounter and by exposing them via uploading their video clips?

You can report them via this link and it allows for uploads of video. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497451-Report-Suspected-Cheating-and-Poor-Behavior Just don't expect anything to be done. The game is flooded with them and Bungie laid of their security team apparently. Had a Titan yesterday that scored 21 kills while the other 5 players could only manage 23 between us. Invincible and one shotting everyone. Had a high ranking but that doesn't mean they're not cheating. That's how a lot of them maintain it. PVP is broken and new maps won't fix it.

If you suspect cheating or abuse, report them via the in game tool or If does not work, you can try the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967]Manual Tool[/url] or reporting from your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/GameHistory]game history[/url]. Bungie's SRT does not review forums for reports.
