Ever since the guardian games update, I have seen an uptick in posts on these forums about voice chat not working. I know there was an update that said the problem was fixed, but when people were prompted with entering their birthdays, I don’t believe everyone was [i]actually[/i] prompted. My friend wasn’t and now he lost access to voice/text chat and buying silver. This would mean his account is marked as under 13 years old, and I believe this has happened to a decent amount of people as well. Is there anything that can be done besides filling out the privacy form to update his birthday? We are worried about the timeline it would take to fix it this way as we want to be able to use voice chat for the day 1 Final Shape raid launch.
