My friend’s account recently got hacked and was used to run Trial carriers with cheats. Thankfully, he’s been able to get his account back but the damage has already been done. He’s lost two of his characters and a lot of his weapons have been deleted. What I’m most concerned about is his account getting banned for the cheats and carries the hacker used. Is there any way to appeal to Bungie for his case? I want to know what steps he should be taking and what I can do to help him
