Trials Needs a OVERHAUL
Look, I know I am not the best player. But I can honestly say that the last two versions of Trials are the worst I have ever played.

Back when there was solo que, I could at least get to 5 wins. I can’t even get two with the last two versions. It is nonstop sweats that I shouldn’t even be paired up with/against.

My wife was playing solo last night and she had a streamer on her team and naturally I looked them up like I do whenever we play a game with streamers in our teams. The guy was a flawless runner (let me tell you this is like her second or third weekend ever play trials) and all he was doing was talking bad about her calling her useless.
So I typed in chat letting him know that she is still new to trials (third weekend) and that she shouldn’t have been paired up with him. Proceeded to say she has no place in Trials and they makes himself sound like the victim by saying “you need to understand where I am coming from being paired up with people like her.”
So naturally I called him toxic and told him that he is what is wrong with the PvP community (I stand by what I said, that everyone should have an opportunity to play everything).

And about the Passage of Persistence…..
I won my first two games on the card (like you’re supposed too), went on a losing streak (was still able to redeem it), than went on a win streak (was still able to), lost two matches, and then won my last two (thinking I could still turn it in).
Got over to Saint (because I was shocked that I got the seven wins), didn’t realize I couldn’t turn it in. So I guess when I lost my two matches before my last wins, I somehow lost the ability to turn it in for the adept. Bungie needs to fix their game.

It’s best not to engage with people like that. Just mute them. As for the solo queue, we still have it! It’s just match making dips into it occasionally to find a 3rd for any duos looking for a match. You’re not at some disadvantage because of this, if you’re paired against a fireteam of 2 and a solo then you get a fireteam of 2 on your side. This system works infinitely better than the old way because with the old way if you were in a fireteam of 2 you could be sat in matchmaking forever trying to find a 3rd.

[/quote] Stuff like this is why Trials would never be a populated playlist. Sometimes, it’s not just the gamemode itself.

3 回覆The fact new players still jump into trials, an ENDgame PvP mode, and then complain they can’t beat it will never make sense. Do you also jump into GMs with 1600 power and then say it needs to be made easier?

Friend and i were two stacking. We got a match where our random was 1783. His armor was 1810. His weapons were 1810. Except his last dance sidearm. Great roll with underpressure kill clip. But it was 1600. We somehow won that match. Afterwards i added the warlock and sent a message letting him know his sidearm was underleveled. He said thanks and that he's still learning the game. I genuinely don't know if he was trolling or not.

11 回覆You don't turn it in to Saint. The weapon just drops after your last match. I'm not saying you but there's probably some people that had it go all the way through the post master. There has to be at least a few with all these posts. With the streamer thing you can see how it can be frustrating to have to carry that much. Especially solo because it almost requires you to devolve your playstyle. But they should never (rarely...) be on stream talking that much about someone that's not that good. Especially if they're not trying to call the shots and shooting their teammates and throwing tantrums.

35 回覆Trials has never been easier to go flawless than in its current state. Practice in rumble, when you can consistently place top 2 then trials will be much easier. Trials isn't the playlist to learn in unfortunately ✌🏻

I had more fun this week playing Solo even tho the map is horrible. I was watching a few streamers play 3's and omg coming up against 3 bubble titans must be probably the worst thing to come across with the ability barrier overshield spam lol

Jeez, I know I get angry at a game, example i say some things, but it’s just in the heat of things and I never really mean it, I do do the common anger thing question my team (though I don’t say it) but calling someone useless and meaning it, my god But hey guess we found out why you have a Wife and they will probably have no one, but glad to see you stand up against -blanks- like that

8 回覆Card based MM had it's own problems, like slow searches and putting teams on their 8th flawless that day against teams just starting out. Partially mitigated by the flawless pool added later, but that still affected search times and then heavily discouraged continuing to play after going flawless. Freelance was added and only done like twice. Spilt pools that split again after flawless pool went active only hurt searches more. And now it's progress based, which is incredibly misleading just calling it that, and to my understanding, only puts you against people with flawed cards or flawless cards depending on which you have. Faster searches, but mm is broken. I was only able to go flawless this week thanks to Mercy. Now that I have both rolls I wanted for adept summoner (heal/ kill clip and Subsistence/ Onslaught), I'm done until Prophet is out.
