Bought light + annual pass and didnt get the season pass

as it says, i do not have the actual season pass or either the previous one, since i cant start activities from season 22, i wrote days ago to bungie and they didnt answer me back, some ideas? i payed over 50 bucks for it, and i only got the lightfall dlc... and i cannot even try to buy it again, since steam tell me that i already purchased it

    Hey there. You bought the passes on Steam, then made your Steam profile dormant by cross-saving and replacing them with your Epic characters. So your passes are on a dormant account. If you've used the contact form, there isn't anything more you can do but wait.
