Prime Gaming Loot Undeliverable
I tried to claim the current Prime Gaming drop, but it is showing as Undeliverable. Amazon support said I needed to reach out to Bungie to fix this. Imgur link for screenshots/proof if needed.
I'm not sure which help category this should fall under - if there's more information needed in order to troubleshoot this, I can try to provide it.

I had the same problem for months. But the solution was quite weird. If you have any other items in the kiosk, claim them all out. If your problem is the same as mine, you'll see the newer stuff pop-up out of nowhere. Hope that works for you.
