Unable to play the game due to connection issues

I am experiencing constant connection issues, getting kicked to orbit, mostly bee or weasel. I have tried all sort of regular suggested, and extra effort troubleshooting, but nothing worked. Are there any logs associated with my session or account that could help point to an issue? Otherwise, my internet connection is very stable and fast. I am at a point of abandoning the game for good since I can't even finish a seasonal mission half of the time without getting kicked to orbit. I really need some help.

  • Hi there! If you are experiencing these error codes, it is highly possible that your internet connection is experiencing packet loss or RF signal loss. If you contact your ISP and let them know that you believe you are experiencing these issues, they will be able to either perform a test on your circuit or have a technician come to your home to test your internet circuit.
