Players are reporting that Ascendant Shards and Alloys cannot be bought from Rahool when they have more than 10 (the old cap) already. (I imagine the same is true for 50+ Prisms). This is not the bigger problem: I see one player already hit a vendor rank reset but can't reset their rank because they can't claim the Ascendant shard until they've used enough of them to drop below the old cap. So, seems Bungie upped the number on the actual Mat stacks but didn't adjust how the vendors recognise these stack limits. Its concerning because they same may also be true of certain sources of these materials. Please pass on for investigation, thank you.
