Surge Modifier not working in GMs (Kinetic weapons)
The surge modifiers are not working as intended, specifically the kinetic weapons.
Normally, kinetic weapons get a 25% buff if you have a surge subclass equipped.
Now, as shown in the images, it doesn't.
Tested weapon: Austringer
Week: 7 (Arc and Strand surge in GMs)
Light level: 1824 (1810 + 14)
Tested GM: The Devil's Lair
