Yeah I see how Malfeasance can somewhat work on bigger and more open maps, but this build is used primarily on smaller and more closed maps like Burnout and Javelin-4. It's also very difficult to land the shots when there's so many crystals in the way. Not to mention it's slow TTK. Going up against a Targeted Redaction that sometimes has 2 shot capabilities and long ranges: Malfeasance will struggle. But nevertheless would stand more of a chance than most primaries. Shotguns and Fusions are practically useless against them so no point going in close quarters. They're likely to have some sort of close range weapon as well. Keeping distance and using snipers... well there aren't as many competitive aggressive framed snipers outside of Occluded Finality. Even then, I bring back the point of crystals providing a lot of cover for them making it significantly harder to land shots.
