Still having an issue with Shadowkeep crashing the game
Not really sure what you did to shadowkeep but if you're not going to fix the issues atleast make the title easier to get. It's sad I pay for content that's unplayable. It feels like you all just want to keep making a twab that says you're doing everything under the sun to fix small issues but the ones crashing your game never gets touch on.

Hi there! Thank you for your report. Bungie is aware that this is occurring and they are investigating further. Please try disabling any 3D Audio options, such as Windows Sonic or Dolby ATMOS, and see if the issue persists.

I haven't had any issues with any content from the Shadowkeep expansion. Have you tried clearing your console's cache? A full cache can cause issues. For instructions on clearing your cache, see the below link. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049199051-Clearing-the-Console-Cache
