Exotics that have intrinsic anti-champ does not change behaviour when the weapon class is also anti-champ. You still have to use the weapons special anti-mod mechanism for it to trigger. Otherwise some exotics would be double anti-champ in some seasons.

I mean technically conditionals finality can double stun freeze/shatter for unstops and the stasis slow for overloads, and I suppose you could also say it stops Barriers if you can freeze then be fore the shield goes up 😂

TOM does not state that it stuns *any* champion. Just says that it blinds targets. But even so, Malice could use with a change, take the Unstop proc out of the blight shot and put it into the firing of the gun. Would make the it way better, utility wise
