I "Claimed Rewards" however they didn't show up on my account. Then I looked into it and I think I was supposed to receive an email with the code to unlock the rewards? I didn't get any emails and I've checked all folders including spam and nothing. My email is verified so I know that shouldn't be the issue. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to try claiming anything else until I know that this won't happen again. I play on PC if that matters.
