To have the shader after they switched to collections you needed to either:
Have at least one on your character in your inventory - on weapons/armor didn't count, or
Reobtain it between Warminds launch and Beyond Lights* launch.
There is no way to obtain that shader at the moment.

Do you think it would be possible to reobtain it if I equip one of the weapons from the raid? Edit: Equipped the raid sword and rocket launcher but nothing from them. I also double checked and I also have the banner for completing the raid. Added photo proof.
